1. Who We Are
TerritoryIQ Enterprises LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company that provides a white-labeled customer relationship management (CRM) platform built for door-to-door and field sales professionals. Our platform enables our subscribers ("Clients") to manage leads, communicate with their prospects and customers, and automate follow-up, including via SMS/text messaging.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
Account and contact data: name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details when you sign up for or inquire about the Services.
Communications: information you provide when you contact support, request a demo, or complete a form.
Mobile/SMS opt-in data: your phone number and consent record when you opt in to receive text messages from us or, where applicable, from a Client using our platform.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2.3 Information collected on behalf of our Clients
When our Clients use the Services to communicate with their own leads and customers ("End Users"), those End Users' data (such as name, phone number, email, and message content) is processed by us on the Client's behalf. Our Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from its End Users. For that data, our Client's own privacy policy governs, and we act as a service provider.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
To create and manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
To send you SMS/text messages and other communications you have opted in to receive, such as account alerts, onboarding, billing notices, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service updates.
To send marketing or promotional messages where you have consented, from which you may opt out at any time.
To monitor usage, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain the security of the Services.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers and subcontractors: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, customer support, and the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messaging services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us.
Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TerritoryIQ, our users, or others.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
