TerritoryIQ Enterprises LLC  ·  territoryiq.ai

Effective date: August 21, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 21, 2026

This App Privacy Policy describes how TerritoryIQ Enterprises LLC ("TerritoryIQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the TerritoryIQ mobile application (the "App"). It applies specifically to the App. Our general practices for our website and platform are described in our Privacy Policy; where the App is concerned, this document controls. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Your consent, your control. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Who We Are

TerritoryIQ Enterprises LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company that provides a white-labeled customer relationship management (CRM) platform built for door-to-door and field sales professionals. The App gives our subscribers ("Clients") and their authorized users mobile access to manage leads, communicate with prospects and customers, and track their sales pipeline.

2. The Role We Play

The App is used by our Clients and their authorized team members (such as sales representatives) to run their own sales operations. When our Clients use the App to manage their own leads and customers ("End Users"), that End User data is processed by us on the Client's behalf, and we act as a service provider / data processor. Our Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from its End Users, and the Client's own privacy policy governs that data. For the account data of our Clients and their authorized users, we act as the responsible party.

3. Information We Collect Through the App

3.1 Information you provide

3.2 Information collected automatically

3.3 Device permissions the App may request

The App requests the following device permissions. You are asked to grant them, and you can manage or revoke them at any time in your device settings. If you decline a permission, related features may not work.

PermissionWhy the App uses it
Location (while using the App)To support field and territory features, such as associating leads with locations and helping representatives navigate their sales areas. The App requests location only while you are actively using it; it does not track your location in the background.
ContactsTo let you add and manage leads and customers from your device contacts. The App accesses contacts only for this purpose and only with your permission.
Push notificationsTo send you alerts and reminders, such as new leads, appointment reminders, and account notifications. You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings.

4. How We Use Information

5. Payments

Subscriptions and payments are handled through our external checkout, not within the App itself. The App does not collect or store your payment card details. Payment processing is performed by our third-party payment processor under its own terms.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information only in limited circumstances:

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers that deliver the messaging services.

7. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated personal data directly from within the App. To do so, open the App, go to your account settings, and select the option to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your personal account data from our active systems.

You may also request deletion by contacting us at cs@lc.territoryiq.ai. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes, and lead/customer data you manage on behalf of a Client may be retained by that Client as the responsible party.

Note for review before publishing / app submission: Confirm that the in-app "Delete Account" control actually deletes account data rather than only deactivating it, and that it is reachable from within the App (Apple requires in-app deletion; Google accepts in-app or a linked web page). Store reviewers reject apps where the deletion described here does not match the app's real behavior. Update this section to match the exact in-app path once confirmed.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights & Choices

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this App Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means.
